Storytellers of Ireland

This project was part of my degree project as a visual communications student at the National College of Art and Design, Dublin. I was inspired by Irish and European folk tales, I wanted to capture the imagination and fluidity of traditional spoken word stories in a video. My musical housemate Ross chose and edited the music for me which is by The Erik Sumo Band
Storytellers of Ireland from Laura Dowling on Vimeo.

Hey Laura, great animation, congrats on the Taylor Art Award, well deserved. What's the name of the music you used for this? I really like it.

Hi Peter thank you! the music is Erik Sumo - Csillag Vagy Fecske, my friend changed it for me to suit the video but you can hear the original here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Q2A9misp8w

You took a huge concept and tradition—storytelling—and boiled it down to something clear, engaging, and artistically stunning. Beautifully done, Laura! I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot more of your work.

Purchase the kids cyberspace with little nuisance. Right after take a seat for dinner, really take in with the deals as well as application your silverware.
